My husband and I have been working with Kevin for the past year and half trying to find our forever home. He listened to all my requirements and critiques and never once made me feel as if I was being rushed into a purchase or that I was being difficult. He responded to us in a timely manner and helped walk us through the process as first time home buyers in the state of New Jersey. We even recommended him to my parents and my sister - my parents are now under contract with their home due to his persistence & amazing negotiation skills. Kevin you are absolutely amazing at what you do. There were times where I felt discouraged and overwhelmed with the housing search process, but you were the voice that gave me hope and helped ease my anxiety. Kevin Collymore was truly exceptional. We met him at a open house. We was impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of data that he had about the market. It was a no-brainer for us to work with him since we was set on buying a house and I’m so thankful we did.  Kevin was ALWAYS available for home tours. His responsiveness was incredible. If he didn’t pick up, he always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously. We purchased our dream home thanks for him. Kevin did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard documents. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. He really treated the situation like he was purchasing the property – he looked out for us and had our best interests in mind.  Kevin worked with us to make your desires a reality. He is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Kevin was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. His cool, calm mindset kept our anxiety low and gave us the confidence he would get the job done – and he did!  His promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. I’ve already recommended him to one of my good friends. When I am looking to buy again (Which will be soon) we will not hesitate to call Kevin Collymore. We really appreciate you!

Kevin was excellent throughout the entire transaction. I’ve had the opportunity to work with different realtors before and no one comes close to Kevin. We had been in the market for the dream house for a long time and he was able to quickly locate what we wanted. Found the house, negotiated for us, and close within 30 days.
