Great guide from Day 1 to beyond closing! Ken was very knowledgeable on the area, and was always up for a full day of house hunting. He was always quick with information sheets on any home I texted him, sometimes even well into the evening. He was a great advocator for us when dealing with the buyer and their agent. It was always clear that Ken would go to bat for us on any issue that came up. And in our eventual purchase, there were many issues, but he was always there with the answer. I highly recommend using Ken for anyone's home buying adventure!

Highly recommend Ken! We will definitely contact Ken Dalton again for any future needs. We were purchasing a condo for grandson to start his freshman yr at college. We were actually quite anxious over the new start for grandson, being out of state buyers, not knowing the Florida market, needing contractors, inspectors, etc. Wow Ken knew all the right folks, and provided access to the condo in our absence. He stayed on top of closing process to meet our flight schedules and so many other things. Cannot say anything negative about Ken Dalton. We will call him again as future needs present. Seasoned Professional. This was a corporate move, so we had to interview 2 recommended realtors. It was an easy decision to go with Ken and Caldwell Banker. Ken presented the marketing plan and completed all the research to get to the right listing price to sell in our time period. Excellent communications along the way made us feel comfortable through the entire process and assured us we had the right guy and the right time.
