I highly recommend Mark, Victoria, and Joslyn. They were professional, responded to questions and concerns promptly, and helped us find local people to do repairs and get the house ready for sale (we live out of town). We had multiple offers within days, closing went smooth, and we are very happy with the sale price.

Mark was referred to me by my neighbor. I couldn’t be more grateful that she gave me his information because as if selling a house is not stressful enough, we had already moved out of the state and had to worry about doing all of this without being there and having a tenant in the home to work around as well. Mark and everyone on his team made everything so easy for us and communication was always there about what was going on. Mark worked so well with the tenant to coordinate showings, the photographer took amazing pictures of our home, and we had an offer in less than a week, which I know is not everyone’s results so we were beyond excited and relieved that he was pushing our home out there to get it moved so quick. We are very happy with the whole experience!

Mark and his team were professional and prepared. They worked hard creating a marketing plan for our home before the listing went live resulting in immediate interest - we had 8 showings set up within 3 days and 3 of the first 4 showings resulted in offers. We sold our home in just 4 days at full asking price - a number that redefined the values in the neighborhood to a higher level.

Mark and his associates are top-notch! They are very efficient, organized, and provide excellent service! Throughout the entire process from the time we listed our home till closing, we felt at ease and confident in the quality service we were given. Our questions were quickly answered, and we were kept informed throughout the way by e-mail and phone. Mark helped us sell our house in Clermont and we got 98% of the listing price which was near the top of the comps. The sale took less than two months from listing to closing. The area where Mark and his team really shine are prepping and photographing the house...the MLS listing really popped. Also, Mark has a well oiled machine in terms of his team with each person performing a specific duty and doing it well. Mark also did the little things like bringing us by pie during the Thanksgiving Holiday which made the customer experience better than most. He also does a good job of providing fair comps when setting the listing price.
