David was the perfect partner in selling our home in Clermont. From the moment I met him, I felt at ease and entrusted this important transation to him. He worked with me through various challenges as we prepared the home for sale and marketed the house perfectly. We accepted a full price offer just a day after it went on the market! As we navigated several buyer inspections, David communicated results and advised on next steps. As I had to travel out of the country for business as the sale concluded, he was crucial in helping me make buyer-requested repairs that resulted in less expense than the credit we were considering offering. David is funny and charming and made the entire experience pleasant. I highly recommend working with him!

I had a great experience with David . He went above and beyond to help me with the closing. He even took my calls while on vacation ! I recommend him 10/10 if you're looking to sell your house fast and for the price you want. Knowledgeable, responsive and extremely attentive Would highly recommend.

David, from day one (our first meeting outside the house) was amazing. My parents home ?? in Orlando needed to be sold quickly at the best possible price and I needed a ton of help getting things ready. David showed up early, checked out the property, told me what he felt was the best approach, and then "literally" handled every other detail. He hit and exceeded every goal that needed to be accomplished. I can't say enough good about him and his whole team. Responsive, detail oriented, knowledgeable, constant attention. You can't do better than David.

I highly recommend David Dorman. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I am very lucky for him to have been my realtor. I don't think that I could have sold my house quickly and for the price that I wanted without him.
