Katie & Sparky Pond are amazing. We purchased a house from afar and they were with us through the entire process. Katie listened to what we wanted in a home and found amazing options fitting our desires. Sparky went to each house we had interest in and even did a video walk through for a few before we decided on the one we ended up purchasing. I had many questions and they answered them quickly, even on weekends and holidays. I highly recommend them for all of your real estate transactions. They were there for us every step of the way. We couldn't have been happier with their services.

We cannot express enough gratitude in one review for Katie and Sparky! Katie is the most professional, friendly, and hard working agent! As this was our first time buying, she was so very informative and helpful throughout the whole process! Every question answered immediately and in detail; Always held our best interests as priority number one! We got the house of our dreams even with other offers on the table and it was all because of the incredible negotiating skills, professionalism, and attention to detail of these two! I highly recommend the Pond Team to anyone who is looking for their forever home!!!

I can not be happier with the experience of working with Sparky and Katie Pond with the resent sale of my condo. They work far beyond any realtors I have ever worked with in the past. 5 stars are not enough to express how impressed I am with the service provided by Sparky and Katie Pond. For me, they represent the epitome of what a Real Estate Professional should be. They are standouts in their field because of their honesty and integrity, and at every point along the way, they took the extra steps necessary to make sure that our sale process was smooth and actually pleasant. They were always diligent about keeping me informed, and when I had questions, they quickly provided knowledgeable answers. I was amazed and pleased when their negotiation skills resulted in a higher sale price. In conclusion, I'd also like to say that this hard-working team consists of two very nice people who were always a pleasure to interact with. Thank you, Katie and Sparky!

Sparky and Katie Pond did what two other agents couldn't do -- found us a buyer! They are enthusiastic, thorough, and they know how to market. We were always kept informed while they navigated the ins and outs of selling our property. They told us what they would do, and then they did it. Sparky and Katie are the best!
