I would highly recommend Kathy. She is diligent and knowledgeable, you can tell through the entire process--first phone call to closing table that she truly has her clients' best interest in mind. Without question I will be working with her again

Kathy was an amazing agent! As a first time home buyer, Kathy was always available to answer questions and provided timely updates. She was professional, honest and had the best interest of the buyer in mind throughout the entire process. Kathy is a wonderful person and skilled realtor. It is not often you come across someone, particularly in real estate and sales, that is this client-centered. For Kathy, it's all about making the client happy and fully satisfied with their purchase. She spent a year helping me find a place. She's patient, friendly, and very easy to talk with. She gets to know her clients so well; she knew exactly the kind of home, inside and out, that I was searching for. She's amazing. I cannot sing her praises enough. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Kathy was remarkable throughout the entirety of this home buying experience. She was very informative with market knowledge and information about the area. Kathy communicated seamlessly with my lender, attorney, and sellers representative so I never had to worry about any disconnect.
