Service and Expertise are #1 for me and in that regard, Mike McCatty provides excellent service and his expertise especially in the area I was selling in, is top-notch. Having a lot of previous sales experience in my development meant he already knew how to market and sell in the HoA I lived in, and what the requirements were to complete the sale with the property management company. Mike also properly communicated expectations in selling during this time of economic uncertainty knowing the market was shifting. Even still, my home received plenty of traffic, solid feedback and a number of interested buyers. I cannot possibly say enough kind things about Mike, his client-centric approach and calm demeanor in addressing other realtor's lack of professionalism, such as not leaving my home as it was found, unlocked, etc.. I would absolutely 100% recommend Mike to anyone who needs a realtor. I am very pleased to have chosen his services and would do so again if needed.

Michelle Mccatty is a great person to work with. She did an excellent job in listing, marketing and selling our property. She listens and understand client's requirments. Michelle is a great partner in selling or buying property.

Andrew helped me with the purchase of my condo and also assisted with the sale of my house. Everything went so smoothly and he never missed a beat. He thought of details I didn't and was always on top of things, always answered the phone and took the time to answer all of my questions or concerns. We have known Patti Klimek for many years after searching for a home that allows my husband and me to transition into retirement years. Nicole was very understanding and helpful for us! She made buying our first home a fun and exciting experience!
