I recently had the pleasure of working with Cathy to sell my mom’s condo. From the initial meeting, where she thoroughly explained the process and her market analysis, to the closing, Cathy was professional, communicative, knowledgeable, and kind. Cathy always answered my calls and responded promptly to my texts. Cathy was very knowledgeable about the community and worked collaboratively with me while creating the listing and determining a price. After the condo was listed, Cathy kept me informed of all the activity on my condo and the comparative properties in the area. When we received an offer after only 12 days, Cathy effectively negotiated with the buyers until I was satisfied with the terms of the contract. Cathy kept me informed of the next steps, through to a fast and smooth closing. Cathy is a true professional and wonderful person to work with. I highly recommend her.

Cathy did a tremendous job helping us find our first home as a family. She was the ultimate professional. She never hesitated to take us out and look at houses, and she always responded quickly whenever we had questions. She was also incredibly knowledgeable about the market. Her insights were invaluable to us as first time home buyers. More importantly, Cathy is very easy to work with and made us feel very supported throughout the process.
