I interviewed / researched several sell side realtors before listing my home. I was confident the home would sell quickly as I had spent an extensive amount of time and effort updating the home to current day standards including all finishings, landscape and hardscape. Complicating this sale was my desire to have the home ready for listing on the MLS when I was ready which, in this case, was off season during the winter. Kim worked with me, over several months, to take listing photos in advance and stay on top of local market trends such that I was able to list and sell the home within 1 week at what I believe was the appropriate closing price. Her estimate of final proceeds post sale was very accurate and for that reason I was able to research new homes to relocate to with a reliable purchase budget. Best of all, the listing-showing-closing process went off without a problem and no drama. Highly recommend Kim for anyone going forward.

Kim is the best. I shared with her that I had to sell my family members home and that I had 0 experience with realty or selling a home. She made everything so easy. The sale happened within days and I had no issues. She was there to help in a stressful time for me. I highly recommend.

Kim Wirtz is truly the best realtor around!! From the minute we listed our home with her, we knew we made the right choice. We had multiple showings on Labor Day & received two offers. We accepted the higher offer, of course, but there was an issue with the buyer's financing, so the offer fell through. We learned this on the day of Kim's daughter's wedding, but that didn't stop Kim from handling the issue! We truly can't thank Kim enough for her attention to detail and responsiveness. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, don't hesitate to call her!!!
