Karyl was FANTASTIC with the sale of our home, though she was not our agent she might as well have been!!! She answered so many questions for us and directed us when we had issues with the HOA. If it wasn’t for Karyl, the sale of our home would not have gone smoothly. Thanks to her expertise we were able to complete everything and our settlement went on without a hitch! Karyl was very professional and cordial. She was always on time to show us houses and discuss our concerns. Karyl also showed flexibility on meeting Sunday if Saturday did not work for her or us. She took the time even after hours to address questions and concerns. She is also very helpful with information regarding the area as we are new to the area. I recommend Karyl !
