Karyl was FANTASTIC with the sale of our home, though she was not our agent she might as well have been!!! She answered so many questions for us and directed us when we had issues with the HOA. If it wasn’t for Karyl, the sale of our home would not have gone smoothly. Thanks to her expertise we were able to complete everything and our settlement went on without a hitch! I have bought and sold a few homes but I have never worked with such a diligent agent before, if you need to buy or sell, I highly recommend Karyl to be your agent!!!!

Karyl was very professional and cordial. She was always on time to show us houses and discuss our concerns. Karyl also showed flexibility on meeting Sunday if Saturday did not work for her or us. She took the time even after hours to address questions and concerns. She is also very helpful with information regarding the area as we are new to the area. I recommend Karyl !

I cannot say enough good things about my realtor, Karyl Allen! She worked with me as a buyer’s agent to purchase a condo in Manassas Park. From start to finish, she looked out for my best interests, and it was obvious she wasn’t just looking to make the sale. She was also very responsive to my questions and concerns. I did a couple of real estate transactions five years ago and did not realize how inadequate my previous realtor was until I learned what a fantastic realtor can do because of Karyl. If you are buying or selling a Manassas home (or anywhere else, for that matter) I HIGHLY recommend Karyl and her group!
