I had a very difficult house to sell. Karla Gourley did an excellent job getting the house sold. She provided help far beyond what was expected. She provided assistance with contractors needed for repairs and guided me through the whole process. I highly recommend Karla Gourley.

We can't say enough great things about our experience with Karla - she was awesome! We had a very long and hard selling experience and had a buyer with an FHA loan, Karla helped us the entire way through the process, even helped us find contractors and vendors for the repairs that needed to be made for the loan. Even the contractors and vendors she recommended did great work, and we're planning to use them for repairs on the home we live in now!

I was in the process of evaluating a particular rental property to purchase. I sought the advice of Karla and I couldn't have made a better choice in an agent. She is knowledgeable, patient and most of all seemed to be little concerned with the "sale" as much as she was concerned with making sure the transaction went smoothly.. Would most definitely recommend Karla Gourley.
