Rosmy is an excellent Real Estate Agent. This is 5th time we have purchased a home and Rosmy is by far the best. We bought in Oceanside which a very difficult market. She was able to bring down the price $38k and got us 20k in seller credit. She is a bulldog negotiator and works with a great team of contractors and inspectors. She is very responsive from showing properties all way through escrow. I highly recommend her.

Working with Wes was the best decision that we made when beginning our home buying process. My husband and I can confidently say that he saved us thousands of dollars (and tons of time!) based on his deep understanding of the market, what we were looking for, and the observations he made in each home that we toured. Beyond that, he took the time to understand exactly the kind of property we were looking for, and helped point us in the right direction along the way.
