Tim is simply the best! From the time we initially met planning our strategy as to listing my condo, to arranging the professional photography, executing a social media and print advertising strategy, arranging a full weekend Open House, everything was fantastic. Tim quickly responded to all offers, going above and beyond in bringing buyers back to the table when an initial deal fell through last minute. Tim was professional in all his correspondence, and provided plenty of suggestions and insight on closing, move out and also assisted negotiating furnishing not included in the purchase price with the buyer. Tim Donovan is a young professional real estate agent but you can't go wrong to choose Tim to get your dream home. I can't thanked Tim enough for his works to make my dream happened. For the entire process, I thought Tim was looking the house for himself. Tim puts your dream, your money, your feelings on the purchase more important than his commission. (please take his advice for every single steps of your purchase, really helpful..) Thanks Tim again for helping me and well recommended.. This is not my first property but you are the best... Long

"I love how patient and awesome Tim was. I have been on the market for a place to call home for quite sometimes now, mainly because of my budget... and just this past week it finally happened. It was long days, hours, weeks and months of frustrations ( toward the whole real estate thing), but I love how patient he was when it came to what I wanted and my total budget. ''when things are meant for you, everything will be put in place for it to happen''. Tim also had some good advice and recommendation ( not always what you want to hear, but having your own personal judgement and some due diligence can make it count) regarding buying a home."

As first-time homebuyers, Emily masterfully navigated us through the process in early 2021. The housing market was continuing to boom for sellers and buying anywhere in the greater Boston area became more and more difficult. We didn't speak with Emily until January of 2021 and had an offer accepted by March - an incredible turnaround time given the state of the market and the fact that we had little knowledge of home-ownership going in. Emily was always ready to answer our questions, attend open houses with us seemingly every weekend, and set us up with the right people for everything from our loans to the home inspection. If you want to work with somebody as knowledgable as they are easy-going, I would highly recommend Emily!

We met Dana in Jan 2020 and got immediately impressed by her professionalism and style . She never pushed us to move ahead with properties we viewed together. Instead - something we truly appreciated - she tried her best to understand our taste, life style and personalities to help us finding the best property for our needs. Often times she was the one advising us to move on if she felt the property was not right for us. She accompanied us throughout our home-hunting journey with patience, care, competence and professionalism, until we found together the property of our dreams, for the right price. She then helped us with extreme care and attention to details with everything we needed to close the transaction (internal checks, contacts with bank for mortgage, attorney). Not only Dana is an excellent professional, but also a lovely woman, which we are still waiting to come over for dinner to celebrate our new home!
