Unresponsive and Unprofessional – Do Not Recommend Dakota My experience with Dakota, the listing agent for a home we were trying to purchase, was nothing short of frustrating. Throughout the entire process, she was completely unresponsive. Phone calls went unanswered, messages were never returned, and we were left in the dark during critical points of the transaction. As buyers, we expected a basic level of communication, especially when dealing with something as important as purchasing a home. Unfortunately, Dakota made what should have been an exciting process incredibly stressful by failing to provide updates or respond to simple questions. If you’re looking for an agent who communicates effectively and handles the process professionally, I would strongly advise against working with Dakota. Her lack of communication and engagement made this process far more difficult than it needed to be. Save yourself the headache and choose someone who will actually manage the sale responsibly.

There was a bit of a challenge with the buyers and Dakota worked tirelessly to resolve any issues. She was super responsive and in constant contact with me every step of the way. Hard working and a pleasure to speak with every time.

Dakota is a fantastic realtor. I have bought and/or sold 5 properties with her. She is easy to work with, reliable, efficient and has a positive attitude and personality. She responds immediate to texts, phone calls and emails. I have referred her to several friends and family and they have had the same positive experience.
