I really enjoyed working with Joe. Previously, I had worked with realtors who were either on the pushy side or not willing to put any time in working with me within the parameters I had. Joe provided a vast amount of knowledge about the process and a level of comfort that made my buying experience not as stressful as I once feared. I would highly recommend Joe and in the future if I ever look to make an upgrade will be sure to reach out to him.

I can't express how happy we are with the Watson Team. We came to them after working with a realtor who was less familiar with this area, and we were so impressed with how well Joe & MaryAnn know our area. We were getting in to see houses before the open houses even took place, and Joe has incredible knowledge of home improvement/construction and could point out things on tours we would only expect to find with an inspection. This team is fabulous, personable, and made us comfortable- and were a blessing to my first time home buyer anxiety! Calls would be answered regardless of what time of day I reached out. I have already passed their information along to family members, and have nothing but amazing things to say. I would absolutely recommend the Watson Team, and they will be our realtors for life!

Joe was amazing. He worked with me tirelessly to find my perfect place. Attending countless open houses and sticking with me when deals fell through. When I finally found my dream place, Joe jumped back into reengage when the winner offer backed out and negotiated on my behalf to secure my new home.
