I'm not sure I can say enough positive things about Carla and our experience with her. My aunt was forced to sell her home of 65+ years due to physical limitations, and I was tasked to handle this emotional and somewhat time sensitive process. Carla surpassed any expectations I could possibly have had. She immediately understood how emotional the process was for both of us. Her market knowledge was never in question, but it was her sincere caring and compassion that really carried the day. She is a talented agent and amazing human being. I felt we were very lucky being guided in her direction!

Carla is an exceptional realtor. She was accommodating of my time and needs, and was able to schedule visits as soon as humanly possible. She is very communicative and returns calls or texts in a timely manner. Throughout her time as my realtor, she would consistently update me on new listings that met my preferences and price range. As for the actual visits, she makes sure everything planned out - from where to meet and in what order, and always with a information packet in hand. She is of course knowledgeable, and she will be honest about what she thinks a home is worth. Even making sure a home is the right fit. Like, would I really want to carry grocery bags 100 ft from the car parking lot? Of course I wouldn't. She will compare the listing price to other comparable previously sold homes. With that in hand, and with her wealth of experience, she was able to successfully negotiate a reduced price with the seller for me. Even after finalizing the purchase agreement, she continued to work with me to make sure key milestones were met, and I was able to close on the home a week earlier than expected. Overall, I couldn't be happier about the whole experience. As a first-time home buyer, there's a lot of information to remember, but Carla was there every step of the way.

Carla was very helpful and knowledgeable about the local market, she provided comparisons of similar homes and what they went for to assist in the offers.She made the process easier than it would have been otherwise.

Working with Carla for our first home buying experience was definitely the right choice! She listened to what we wanted in a home, asked questions and did so much on our behalf. She kept us grounded and realistic, and walked us through the process with a level head and much guidance/communication. Surprisingly, we were randomly matched through Zillow and it was the best thing that could have happened to us! Carla is an absolute professional who knows what she’s doing every step of the way. From the first phone call we had with her, we knew she cared about putting us in our dream home. We couldn’t be happier! She went above and beyond communicating with the seller's agent for us, recommending a fantastic lawyer and communicating quickly with us and the others involved in this process.

Carla and Robert both did incredible work for me to get a place to call home. They were detail oriented and yet they were fast. I felt taken care of and heard. They also updated me on everything so there were never any surprises. It was a great pleasure to have them on my team.
