I have used Colleen in the past to sell my own home in Quincy. Last November she was able to sell my mother's home in Hanson. My mother lived in her home for almost 50 years and selling the home was very difficult but Colleen made the process as easy as possible. Colleen was also able to call in services to aid in the home sale. I highly recommend Colleen and her team if you are trying to sell a home in the South Shore area.

I can't say enough about FC Realty. Colleen and her entire team were fantastic. Both Colleen and Barbara were so attentive to all our questions, guiding us through the entire process every step of the way. The recommendations Colleen gave us in getting our house ready for pictures and the open house truly paid off. Colleen's knowledge and dedication to her work is immeasureable! We have worked with FC Realty on three separate unrelated real estate deals, two home sales and one home purchase across two different states, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. In all cases, the care given to the sale of our properties was outstanding and the assistance with the purchase of a new home phenomenal. The homes we sold were very different, one a Hollywood Regency mid century modern and the other an antique Brick Georgian Colonial from 1927. Each home required different focus and attention to detail, and both Barbara and Colleen worked incredibly hard together and separately to give the homes independent and unique recognition. My husband and I could not be happier with how Colleen marketed each property especially as she was forced to focus additional marketing efforts on our Rhode Island home, as the real estate market was beginning to change. Thank you Colleen and Barbara for making us feel supported, heard, protected, and always in the loop!! The two of you are a formidable team, and we look forward to working with you again in the future!!
