Juan did an outstanding job when it came to seeking our purchase of our home. We told him what our needs where and are wants and he made sure to look only for that. He negotiated with the client and we got to purchase the price way below then what was being priced at. He responds on time and executes till the final moment of signing . The amount of effort and time Juan put into walking my husband and I through the process of buying our first investment property is unbelievable.
