Working with Joyce Fritz and the 12 Doors Real Estate team to sell a condo for an estate I was Trustee of has been an absolute pleasure. The condo was put up for sale right as the housing market tanked due to high-interest rates and over-abundant inventory. Throughout the process, Joyce and team stayed positive, communicative, and nimble. They used every trick available to get the condo in front of buyers and their perseverance finally paid off with an offer and a sale. I was kept thoroughly informed throughout the process with weekly email reports showing what steps had been taken that week and what the market response was in terms of open house attendance, web hits, etc. Joyce and her staff were always accessible and went over and above during the closing process given I was 350 miles away. I highly recommend this team for your real estate needs!

I spent time with a lot of relators for a long time. I was searching for a new home, remote and had a decent amount of requirements that I wanted. She was able to help me every step of the way she made this process so easy for me. I have never had a better experience with someone that was willing to answer every single question that I had even if it was so minor.
