Melanie did an outstanding job. She exceeded expectations in ever aspect of the sale and was always available. She is also a notary and helped with adding a relative to the deed to the residence. She made the buying process super easy. I look forward to doing business with her in the future.

We bought a home with Joyce & "12 door real estate" team in Sumer 2024. Joyce showed up promptly for all the showings and even had a paper map of the neighborhoods printed for us. This made navigation to the properties easy. Joyce and team were fantastic and super responsive throughout the process. She was transparent and fair in all her communication which made working with her easy. When we had a conflict Joyce arranged for the home inspection and supervised it herself, which was a big help. The team at 12 door real estate also helped in keeping us updated with all the various milestones - appraisals, contingency removals, etc etc as they occurred, so it was good to see the progress. I wish her and her team luck and wish them the best.

Stephanie was amazing! She is communicative, knowledgeable and has a great team. We loved her down to earth demenor and honesty. Stephanie seems to really want people to be happy with their homes and isn't simply trying to get a sale at any cost. You can tell She enjoys what she does!
