Jade was absolutely amazing. We were admittedly picky clients, with very specific things in mind for the house we wanted and an eye for issues like hidden mold and cracked foundations. Nearly every house she sent us we turned down but she was always patient with us and didn't give up trying to help us find what we wanted. In the end her determination found us a beautiful little house that didn't match what we'd been looking for but ended up being what we wanted. We've been in our home for nearly a year now and we're still very happy with the surprise place she found for us. Thanks again Jade!!

I cant say enough good things about Riley. She was helpful and informative and there for me every step of the way. She answered all my crazy questions and helped to alleviate all the stress I encountered during the home buying process. I would recommend Riley and 12 doors down real estate to literally anyone who is looking to have a great home buying experience.

Working with Joyce Fritz and the 12 Doors Real Estate team to sell a condo for an estate I was Trustee of has been an absolute pleasure. The condo was put up for sale right as the housing market tanked due to high-interest rates and over-abundant inventory. Throughout the process, Joyce and team stayed positive, communicative, and nimble. They used every trick available to get the condo in front of buyers and their perseverance finally paid off with an offer and a sale. I was kept thoroughly informed throughout the process with weekly email reports showing what steps had been taken that week and what the market response was in terms of open house attendance, web hits, etc. Joyce and her staff were always accessible and went over and above during the closing process given I was 350 miles away. I highly recommend this team for your real estate needs!
