This review is long overdue, but I made a promise to Stephanie, and she absolutely deserves it. Stephanie helped us find our very first home, which turned out to be everything we had dreamed of. From the moment we met her, Stephanie was incredibly kind, approachable, and thorough. She took the time to understand what we wanted in a home and asked thoughtful questions to learn about our priorities as a couple. She genuinely wanted to know what mattered most to both my wife and me. Stephanie’s expertise and guidance were invaluable throughout the entire process. She provided us with all the information we needed to make informed decisions, and her patience was remarkable as we spent several months searching for the perfect home. When we finally found it, we knew we had Stephanie to thank. She made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and enjoyable. Her knowledge of the real estate market and attention to detail made a huge difference, and we couldn’t have asked for a better partner in this journey. Joyce Fritz and her team provided wonderful services to my husband I as we downsized and moved to be closer to our children and grandchildren. I thought living in an historically designated home with a very unusual design might present problems as far as finding a buyer at our price point, but the way 12 Doors marketed the home, emphasizing its historic contribution to the community and its special features, made a full price bid come in a week. Then they provided a list of handymen, estate sale providers and supported us through the anxiety producing days of waiting for buyer to sell her home in another state. We couldn't be happier with the wonderful care they provided.

Stephanie was amazing! I must say we met on Zillow, my husband and I went to an open house listed on zillow and wanted to see another. Zillow say put your information in and someone will contact you. My first thought was oh no we are going to get some rookie but at least they could show us the house.. Man oh Man I was wrong from the first meeting I was impressed I am not easily impressed by the 2nd house I knew I want Stephanie to represent us. She was honest and very transparent, which is very hard to find these days. She worked day and night to find our forever home. Alway kept us up to date and informed. Her support staff was just the same . Any questions or information we need they were on top of it. We were never left wondering.. There is actually icing on this cake . The aftercare of buying the house was just as impressive of all the hard work she put in to finding the home . I would recommend this company to friends, family, coworkers. TOP NOTCHE SERVICE ALL THE WAY !!!

Joyce was very knowledgeable without being high pressure, taking time to show 3 properties and also had a great knowledge of riparian rights when buying a property on the river. She is a great example of a real estate professional who listens and finds the answers to your questions. Her faith and values show and I am looking forward to using her for all of my future real estate projects including building a mini storage with an RV wash and boat and RV parking.
