I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. Bethany was there for me every step of the home buying process and more. She and her husband, Tony, gave me so much insight into housings, repairs, finance, etc. They made my first home purchase a breeze and stress free. If you’re looking to buy a house, I highly recommend Angel Valenzuela and his team at PMZ for your home shopping needs. He is professional, intelligent, kind, patient, and, most importantly, truly cares about the customer's best interest. I wanted to look at many homes in different cities, and he was always ready and happy to show them. Then, when I finally found “the one,” there was a hiccup, and I decided to back out. I thought he would want to fire me, and quite honestly, after all he had done, I wouldn't have blamed him! Lol. But he was completely supportive of whatever I decided and continually reminded me that his #1 goal was for me to be happy with my purchase. Thanks to his attitude I never felt rushed or pressured into buying. He made what could have been an extremely stressful situation into an enjoyable quest. We had so much fun looking at houses that by the end of the process, I felt like Angel was more like a family member than my realtor. He even helped capture the special moments by taking photos of me and my family in front of our new home. He truly went above and beyond! I couldn’t have asked for more. I’ll definitely ask Angel Valenzuela and his team at PMZ for my real estate needs again, and I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Bethany did an exemplary job listing and selling our house in Atwater. From the photos and description for the listing to the negotiations with the buyers through the final closing, we could not be happier with the service and personal attention we received. She went out of her way to make sure we understood every step along the way and what all the paperwork meant. If you want results and close attention to the details of the transactions, you will not find a more professional and competent agent to deal with.

Bethany is amazing at her job!!! The real estate market can be intimidating and scary when you don’t understand the process(s). Bethany is extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. Any questions or concerns about the real estate process are answered and explained completely Bethany is a true professional, she is with you every step of the way.
