Irma Capas came highly recommended to me. She turned out to be the best recommendation I could ask for! Irma is professional and super friendly. Her communication skills are top notch, always responding promptly to my emails and calls with the numerous questions I had…no matter how complicated they were. Irma was a constant support system for me. This was my first house purchase since 1986. After I contact here, we first had an hour conversation; she conducted a thorough pre-search consultation to understand my needs and preferences and my financial situation to make sure we had an efficient and successful home search. Her market knowledge of the San Joaquin, Stanislaus & Contra Costa County’s was so very helpful. I was moving from Santa Clara County where I was born and raised. I was unfamiliar with areas outside of Silicon Valley. I was very impressed with Irma’s knowledge of the entire Central Valley and East Bay regions. Irma and her team went up and beyond to make sure the transaction moved along smoothly. Irma even delayed leaving on her family trip by several hours just to make sure my offer got in that day. My offer was accepted just hours later! The house purchase in Modesto closed in just 14 days from date of offer to escrow close! My family and I can’t thank her enough for helping us find our new dream home!! I cannot say enough great things about her. Irma is phenomenal!

There are many realtors in our local area who work hard to take care of their clients. Working hard is one thing but channeling that effort to exceed the expectations of a client is even more challenging. Not so with Irma Capas!
