Stacey was extremely knowledgeable about the local market which proved immensely helpful in timely finding our forever home. She was invaluable in advocating and negotiating on our behalf but most importantly was always available answer questions and ensure we were comfortable and heard throughout the process. Working with Jennifer was amazing. We found Jennifer through Zillow when we wanted to look at our first property and I'm so glad we continued to work with her through the end of our home buying journey. She was patient, knowledgeable, kind, and extremely accommodating when needing to schedule appointments. Her local knowledge of Fairfield county was fantastic and she lead us through the process of buying our first home with ease and a calm attitude, she advised us appropriately, and she was very quick on follow ups and responses - allowing us to close in under 30 days!

Max knows the real estate market very well. He is very responsive and knowledgeable. I came to him with many questions as I do not have much depth in the real estate market and Max showed his expertise. I was very impressed with his work ethic as I felt Max did everything he could for me. In the end we did not end up buying a home. In the future I will definitely go to Max and I would recommend him to anyone out there that is looking to buy a home in the CT area. Additionally if you just want knowledge about the CT area I would go to Max and his firm.

Working with Katherine on the sale of my home in Greenwich CT was a pleasure. I was out of state for most the process and I relied on her heavily to facilitate most of what needed to be done. Katherine is not only trustworthy, but she is an expert in the Greenwich area. She is also knowledgeable on who to hire to complete all of the needed tasks to get the house ready to sell and to assist in moving out once the sale is complete.
