We were new to Fairfield County and Kelly's knowledge of the local communities helped steer us to Old Greenwich. We were looking at Darien, New Canaan, and Greenwich. We described what we were looking for in a home and a community and she strongly suggested Old Greenwich. After living in our new house for three years, I can honestly say she hit a home run for us.

Kelly and her partner Joe did an amazing job at finding me my condo! After exhausting my criteria, I was set on one and only one condo association. Unfortunately, that association is a very popular one, and the units sell FAST. After missing out on a couple of opportunities, Kelly and Joe did a little investigative work, and were able to find a unitholder in the association willing to sell and who was also willing to do the deal off the market. The transaction was incredibly smooth, and I do not think I would have gotten in there without their help! This is a no-brainer, if you are looking for a realtor, use Kelly and Joe! I will without a doubt use their services when I eventually sell and upgrade.
