I was an out of state buyer and Joe was absolutely amazing to work with! I had several non-negotiable requirements for my new house as well as a very tight timeline due to work. I did not know the rules of buying in CT and Joe spent a great deal of time educating me on how to buy a property here as well as provided the contacts of the people I needed to make the purchase happen. Joe also provided me with several lists of properties to look at during the times that I was available to fly in and see them. He was able to find a great townhouse for me which I love and provided critical insight & expertise through the negotiation process. He even kept a key in case I wanted to make some updates after the purchase before I was able to move in a month later. This was an extremely stressful situation moving cross country and Joe made it as smooth as possible. I've bought and sold many properties, and this was my best experience yet!

Lindsay was pleasure to work with throughout a long process of finding the right home (most of 2025), my spouse and I realized a few times we were looking for the wrong thing, and she was patient, going above and beyond. More than once she arranged to go out and see something within hours of it going up and helped us get offers out within an hour or two. She helped us find the home we expect to live in for as long as we can.
