Joe Summa greatly improved my home buying experience and I would highly recommend him to anybody looking to find their perfect home. He has a lot of knowledge of the local area, was extremely responsive and did a great job of vetting and presenting me ideal properties throughout our search. Once we got an accepted offer Joe continued to go above and beyond helping me work with the lender, find a lawyer and assisting with the inspection process. Put simply, he was an incredible resource to have every step of the way. I can’t thank him enough for his help, and I believe anybody who chooses to work with him will benefit from his knowledge and be more than happy with his service.

We could not recommend Todd and Jeannie any higher. Fantastic job. When my father in law passed we were given the task of finalizing the house for sale. We are from out of state and had a limited knowledge of the local market and put our trust in this team. They put our concerns at ease and explained not only the sales process but the strategy we would implement to sell the house quickly and for a great price. Not only did the house sell in 3 days but for 10% over asking price. We were in constant contact with Todd who also helped us find a closing attorney and some maintenance help to prep the house for viewing. Great job!!! My husband and I decided to sell our one-bedroom townhouse in Chesterfield in Stamford, CT. Sounds easy, right? Well, we had a few challenges. We were trying to sell right around the winter holidays, when there are fewer buyers. We were listing the home a bit high because of the renovations we had done. My husband had some health issues that we had to work around. And we were selling the home contingent upon our finding and purchasing a new home in another state. Then when we did get a buyer, his lender added some requirements to their purchase of the home. Jeannie and Todd were extraordinary. I have no doubt that Jeannie's staging helped sell our home. And Todd was very communicative as we faced each challenge along the way—doing all he could to help us jump over each hurdle. Not only were they professional and knowledgeable, they were kind and compassionate throughout the entire process when we faced a close family member's passing. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to see a home in the Stamford and surrounding areas.

Josh is amazing! We were first time home buyers and our friends recommended we work with him. We could not be more grateful to have had him by our side throughout the process. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, attentive and easy going. We never felt pressured into making a decision, but Josh was ready at any moment to answer our questions and to help us progress on next steps. He was always looking out for our best interest and we are incredibly thankful! Even after we bought the house, we still reach out with random questions and Josh is constantly so helpful! We highly, highly recommend him.
