Josh helped prepare and sell my house while I was living out of state. He is an excellent communicator, clear, upfront, knowledgeable and realistic, and keeps his word. He is easy to work with, responsive, and worked hard to find a favorable outcome for my house during changing and challenging market conditions. When my own circumstances changed and the sale of my home became more urgent (around the holidays, no less), he explored every avenue and got the deal done quickly. His recommendations and negotiations were effective and valuable, and I would recommend him for any home purchase or sale based on my experience.

TL;DR: Josh is an incredibly hardworking, knowledgeable, and responsive realtor who made our home purchase feel organized, manageable, and confident from start to finish Josh was truly the best realtor we could have asked for. We cannot recommend him enough. He is an excellent communicator and kept us updated and informed at every step. From our first call, he took the time to understand our budget, must-haves, and don’ts, and then shared home recommendations that were genuinely curated to us, not generic. Josh worked incredibly hard. We toured 30+ homes over three weekend days, and he consistently brought energy, patience, and clarity. During walkthroughs, his expertise really stood out. He pointed out things we would have missed, explained what was a big deal versus minor, and connected us with helpful contacts for potential fixes. He also partnered seamlessly with our loan officer and escrow, which made the entire process feel organized and manageable. Most importantly, he made the biggest purchase of our lives feel confident and doable. Even after closing, Josh continued to help and support us, which says everything about the kind of person he is. If you want a realtor who truly cares and goes above and beyond, Josh is the one.

Can’t say enough good things about Josh!!!! He really did all the work for us and made it so easy. He is so knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate and got us an amazing price for our new home.
