Exceptional results! Having purchased three Ka’anapali condominiums with Josh Jerman as our Realtor, we are absolutely thrilled with our experience. Josh, was a welcoming and experienced force in our purchase of a home on Maui. He was certainly the trusted advisor that guided us in the right direction! Josh was incredibly patient and kind as we fumbled our way through different communities and houses, finally landing on the Westside after an extensive search around the island. Josh is an extremely professional realtor and a great person. He is an honest and trustworthy realtor without the "car salesman" vibe. He is a great listener and great communicator who truly wants happy clients. He sold 2 properties for me at full asking price where 3 other top real estate agents wouldn't even take the listing unless we "got real" about our pricing. The other realtors didn't understand the value of the upgrades we provided but Josh did and he saw our vision. I have refered him to many people and he listed and sold their properties as well. I would refer him 100% of the time and use him on all my future real estate needs.
