I highly recommend Jon for your Maui real estate needs. My wife and I first contacted Jon in 2017, expressing an interest to move to Maui one day. That day is now, as we just closed escrow on our dream house in June, 2022. What that means is that Jon demonstrated a lot of patience, in addition to his professionalism, knowledge, "can do" attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to help his clients get to the finish line. Near the finish line we were experiencing difficulties securing a loan that would work for us, and at one point Jon suggested that if the terms would make our living situation uncomfortable we might consider backing out of the deal. Thank God we secured a great loan and didn't have to back out, but that exchange with Jon earned my trust as well. Jon will be my one and only Maui realtor for as many times as I have a need for one. Mahalo for everything Jon - looking forward to celebrating our successful journey in August!

Jon took excellent care of me and had his challenger trying to buy a house from living out of state. He took the time to learn what I was looking for, scheduled zoom reviews, and videos, and personally looked at places for me. He took care of me all the way through the closing and afterward to ensure I was a satisfied customer. Jon is the best realtor I have worked with.

I have purchased at least 25 properties over the years and Jon was honestly the best and most communicative, hard working Agent I have ever worked with. I would recommend him to absolutely EVERYONE. His service and communication simply cannot be bested by anyone.

In this 2021 Real Estate market my wife and i would not have been able to navigate in this tough of a market without Jon's and the Dream 2 Reality Team. He advised us on how to have the most attractive offer, he knew the market and was able to back it up with comparable market analysis, his responsiveness was on point as we would call and text without much notice as new properties became available and he did not miss any opportunities. I would recommend him to my friends/family and would use him again in the future
