I cannot recommend Josh Burnett enough! He helped me sell my old house and purchase a new one all in one day, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. My house sold within just three days of going on the market, and we closed on both properties within three weeks—an impressive feat! Josh took care of everything while I was on vacation in Hawaii, even meeting with a fence contractor at my new house on my behalf. His dedication, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond are unmatched. If you need a real estate agent who truly has your best interests at heart, Josh is the one to call!

My fiance and I were able to purchase our first home this year and we owe a huge thank you to Josh!! We met josh after taking a break with our original realtor. She was friendly, but as a younger couple trying to make a big decision we really needed an experienced and knowledgeable realtor to help us navigate the market and strategically find the best home for us. We decided to take a break with her to explore other options and I’m so glad we did. After being referred to Josh, we set up a consultation and began the process. I must say that Josh has an unmatched level of knowledge and expertise in this field. We were able to trust him every step of the way and knew he had our best interests at heart, I love that he never persuaded us into a home just for the sake of a sale. We even took a break in the process to put us in a better financial spot for a home. He never made us feel rushed or that we had to jump on the first thing, he even told me that one of my favorite houses was not a good choice (looking back it really wasn’t and he was right). Now we have a beautiful home that meets all of our needs from the help of Josh and his patience, knowledge, communication, and trust. Josh helped us with purchasing our first home and we really couldn’t have asked for a better experience! He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated throughout every step. Josh did an amazing job! He helped us with getting top dollar for our house, held our hand through the inspection and renovation process, and kept us apprised of everything during closing. I could not be happier with him. Excellent excellent job!

Josh is a true professional! He goes above and beyond his duties as a realtor! Always on time, consistently checks in weekly on the sale of my home, communicative, and respectful. I also told him that I had a little anxiety with selling my home because I had to do everything on my own. He came over and helped me mow my lawn and fixed up a few things at my house. The selling process was super smooth and I’m grateful for him!!
