Josett helped me as my real estate agent about 7-8 years ago in Florida. At the time, I was also going through an ugly drawn out life event. I was anxious to buy a property, thinking it would provide me some level of security. Despite Josette's reservations, I was pursuing the purchase of a questionable property. At the 11th hour, right before I was supposed to close, she drove out to the property and walked it with me again, looking for the things I should have been. Sure enough, she spotted what they were hiding: termites. Josette could have kept it to herself and walked away with her commission. But she did not. She worked hard not only getting me out of the purchase but also negotiating to get my deposit back. That property could have bankrupt me. 8 years later, I still think of it with a shutter. The home has sold every single year after she and I looked at it. Josette was absolutely my guardian angel during one of the most vulnerable times in my life. I hope the world blesses her in all the ways she deserve. If you're looking for an agent you can trust, she's it.

Wow. Where do I start? Josette Gamble is an AMAZING realtor. She stuck by my husband and I from beginning to end and helped us get to the closing table in 30 days as she originally stated to us. She was always professional, available and answered our questions promptly. She was kind and patient, being that my husband and I were first time homebuyers it was definitely needed. I recommend her a thousand times over. And if any family members and friends are looking to buy a house soon I will definitely refer them to her.

She has great knowledge and experience with the whole search/ closing process. She is very patient and familiar with the area. I enjoyed working with her and I would use her again for my next investment property.

I actually found Josett 9 months before I was actually ready to go out looking at homes for my family. I was doing my research and preparing to be a home owner yet again and when I was ready I called Josett Gamble. My family and I knew exactly what we wanted and what our comprises would be. Josett worked with us consistently, and with genuine care and concern. She called on us before, during and after our purchase! We are very satisfied with the communication, honesty and integrity of Josett Gamble.
