In 2017, we decided to buy a home in North Jersey. Through our mortgage lender, we were brought to Rand Realty in which we met Joe Goetchius. Instantly, we knew that Joe knew the market and steered us towards the exact mountain bungalow we were looking for. The process was seamless and Joe kept us aware of any issues or concerns during the buying process. In 2020, we decided to sell our home as we moved into a 55+ community. We called Joe; what an easy process when we worked with him again. He advised what we should do to put our adorable home on the market and give the best "sale" appeal. We took on his recommendations and boom ....! within one week he had multiple offers and at and over selling and within 2 weeks we were in contract. If you want a friendly, no nonsense, trustworthy, and get it done guy, call Joe. I highly recommend Joe for your real estate needs.

Disappointed! I almost took my house off the market due to the unprofessionalism of my agent. After the frustration of my house not selling I needed to take over all aspects of the sale. Disappointed! I can’t express the frustration my family felt after seeing and speaking to buyers who loved our home, spoke of an offer, but nothing happened until I got involved and successfully sold my home despite my agent’s attempt to block the sale. Beware! My agent apparently overlooked the power of a small community……..can you imagine working with an agent who did everything in his power NOT to sell my home……truly a harrowing experience. It pains me to share negative information regarding this agent but he is someone who we trusted and treated like family. Sadly his actions were beyond questionable. The unprofessionalism could have really hurt my family…….be careful! Integrity – something this agent needs to google! Many questionable actions that thankfully I discovered before it was too late.
