We were very thankful to have had Joe as our realtor when we purchased our house. He is clearly experienced, as every house we looked at he was able to point out multiple things of note that we had not even noticed. He’s extremely knowledgeable about all of the different aspects of buying a home and guided us through every step of the way. Joe was completely professional throughout the whole process and has the patience of a Saint. We looked at many houses and he never pressured us to buy, and I can guarantee there’s not many realtors who are as available and quick to respond when you have questions or want to see a house. He also never hesitated to do an in depth analysis of comps before we made offers to ensure we didn’t overpay. I will definitely be recommending Joe to anyone I know who is looking to buy or sell a house.

Joe was a true professional. He understood the housing market much better than every other person I had spoken with prior to hiring him. He pointed out things I missed while looking at homes and knew much of the details that are necessary to make a wise choice in selling and buying a home. I would recommend him very highly if you are seeking a true prossional and not just a person who is going to show you a home. Details matter and Joe was on top of them all!
