Rob and Alexa were a fantastic team in selling my condo. From the very beginning, they explained the process clearly, photographed the condo with incredible attention to detail, and offered thoughtful staging suggestions. They worked quickly to get the listing live and scheduled an Open House right away. What stood out most was that Rob went above and beyond; he not only guided me through the sale of my condo but also answered questions I had about the new property I was purchasing, even though it wasn’t his listing. His organization, efficiency, and calm presence made a sometimes-challenging process so much easier, especially since it had been decades since I last sold a property. Rob and Alexa are experts in their field. They know a ton about the home buying process and were always educating my wife and I about what to look for in the different homes we viewed. They really put in the legwork and made the most stressful time in our lives much easier (and even enjoyable!).
