I wish there were more than 5 stars, because Taraneh Jafari deserves every single one and then some. My family and I were first-time buyers in an absolutely brutal Studio City market (multiple offers, waiving contingencies, homes gone in hours), and from the very first conversation, Taraneh made what could have been an overwhelming and stressful experience feel calm, exciting, and (somehow) fun. She’s not just knowledgeable; she’s truly brilliant at what she does. She knew exactly which properties were worth pursuing, spotted red flags we would have completely missed, and negotiated like a shark while still keeping everything kind and professional. When we finally found “the one,” she structured an offer that beat out many others and got us the house at a price we never thought possible. What sets Taraneh apart is how much she genuinely cares. She became more than our agent; she became a friend who celebrated every milestone with us and held our hands through every late-night worry. Andrew is our family realtor so it was only normal to also trust him with our commercial property purchase. We recently sold a very unique house and guest house, connected by a winding hillside staircase and shared utilities in Benedict Canyon. Bruno Abisror was tasked with the sale that called for a marketing strategy without comps, and worked seamlessly with Joe Cilic as the process evolved. Bruno lined up vendors, including furniture hauling, painting, carpeting, staging, etc. Then, after pictures and listing, showed the property to prospective buyers.
