I can’t say enough good things about Jordan! He’s great to work with and an amazing resource. I was always confident in his knowledge and perspective on the market, the neighborhoods we were looking in, and specific elements of each house (materials, structural elements, safety concerns, etc.). Jordan was recommended to us by multiple friends who had purchased houses with him and we have since recommended him to others as well. Jordan was very patient while we scoured the Valley for the perfect house. I always felt like he understood what we wanted and was always on our side with a practical viewpoint. When we finally found our house, Jordan helped us get a good deal without getting into a competitive bidding situation. When it came to selling our previous home, Jordan and his team made everything easy. Everything felt like it was being taken care of, and that we were getting the best value out of our last property, and could concentrate on settling our family into our new home.

Jordan was a pleasure to work with. He's a positive, energetic and super knowledgeable agent who helped us every step of the way in our home buying journey. It was our first experience buying a home in Los Angeles and he was always happy to explain everything thoroughly as he guided us through the entire process. During the inspections, and well after purchasing the home, he was incredibly resourceful.

Jordan was recommended to us by a friend who had purchased a home with his assistance, and he came with high praise that he more than lived up to. Knowledgeable, thoughtful, patient and just a nice guy. His ethos and practices resulted in us finding the exact right home for our family in a town that's notoriously difficult to navigate in that regard. We've already recommended Jordan to other friends who have also had stellar experiences, so it's very easy to recommend him here. He's helpful through the whole process, knows details about neighborhoods, can dig up information and details about houses like a detective. He was instrumental in shedding light on a negotiation that could have been confusing and murky, but instead was clear and didn't feel rushed or frantic. He also has great contacts for any updates that need to be done on the house before or after selling, which has been helpful. If or when we do this again, we'll definitely be calling Jordan.

Jordan took on our sale not knowing the issues we would have as we worked our way through it. First the previous owner did renovations without permits. Second a mortgage held by a bank on a different property which the owner had a name very similar to mine, was mistakenly placed on my home. We thought it was priced appropriately for a quick sale, instead took months. Jordan hung in there the entire way and coached us through the process. Jordan is not only a great access, he has become a dear friend. Thank you Jordan, you rock.
