THESE TWO ARE THE BEST AND YOU WON’T FIND ANYONE BETTER. I CAN GUARANTEE YOU THAT!!! Jonathan and Sherry McNabb will focus on your needs from selling, to buying, to closing. I can honestly say that, they will be with you since day one! They were there to help me stage the house for pictures. The presentation of the home to potential buyers is amazing. I did most of my work with Jonathan for the purchase of my new home. Jonathan is one of the best relator/ persons I have ever worked with. He is a darn HARD worker and is not afraid to stay up late to get the job done. He is an ABSOLUTE GREAT COMMUNICATOR, there was nothing that he knew that I didn't. During the selling/ buying process, communication is the key to a successful and hassle free experience. I was out of country when the process began for the sale of my home, and even with me being gone they communicated with me and walked me through everything. Jonathan and Sherry McNabb exceeded all our expectations. They had an aggressive marketing plan. They educated us on the entire process of selling our home. The true cost of selling, curb appeal, staging and depersonalizing, and an extensive listing of the amenities prior to showing it. We could never have obtained the above asking price of our home the first weekend without them. They are highly qualified, honest, of good character, absolutely accessible and a thoroughly competent team. They were also instrumental in helping us locate a rental home. We highly recommend them for home sales and purchases.

I really wish I could give more than 5 stars. Jonathan was a top notch realtor to work with. He made the home-buying process as low stress as possible and with his incredible negotiating skills, he helped me get more house and extras for a great bargain. I will never forget what a great experience buying my first home was, thanks to Jonathan!
