Words cannot express how thankful my wife and I are to have been able to work with John Bell and the Southern Bell Living team. We recently closed on a property in Charleston, SC that required negotiations with multiple parties and took months and months to complete. John was with us every step of the way. His commitment, dedication and depth of knowledge were so far beyond our expectations. Realtors are so hard to compare, and John stands out from the rest by a wide margin. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

John Bell and Erica Zepp are exactly what anyone should be looking for in a realtor! They handled both the sale of my existing home and simultaneous purchase of my new construction home and turned what seemed like a complex/stressful situation into a simple and smooth deal. They referred us to their lender (Ethan Lane) who was also great to work with and ultimately created a team that could get even the most complex real estate transactions closed on time and stress free. I wouldn't hesitate to work with John and Erica again as they are both exactly what a professional real estate agent should be and more. We are so grateful that they made this experience a positive one and got us into our new home!

I don't want to bury the lead, so here's the most important thing to know from our experience with John as first-time home buyers. I know John represents buyers & sellers of homes that are much more expensive (and will make him a bigger commission) than the one he helped us buy. That said - we felt like his most important client from start to finish, which speaks VOLUMES to his character and how he treats people. John was incredible from the initial conversation we had with him, during the buying process, and even after closing. He and his team helped us understand each step of the buying process, answering every question we had along the way. He's a straight-shooter and will give you honest opinions on any potential issues with a home, which was important to us. He and his team were professional and worked quickly to help us get in the house we wanted. Would recommend John to my closest friends and family.

Our home search experience with Rich was very pleasant. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and honest. We brought our 4 children along with us during our search, and he was incredibly patient and understanding having young children of his own. He was able to set up appts with short notice and had everything mapped out for us as we considered everywhere from Johns Island to West Ashley and Summerville. I would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends!

Working with Erica was a fantastic experience all around! Erica was very patient with us as we changed our minds constantly about what we were looking for in a home. Erica brought valuable knowledge and connections within the industry. She provided us insight and advice that we would not have known as first time homebuyers. We cannot recommend working with Erica enough!
