I don’t know where to begin, because there are too many superlatives to mention when talking about how professional and wonderful Tony is, both as a Realtor and a human being. Tony is an absolute professional, incredibly knowledgeable, market savvy, engaged and responsive – he always made my priorities his, and responded to me immediately with any questions I had, about buying my new condo, along the way. Not only did he make my purchasing experience seamless, he totally went way above and beyond by helping me get some renovations done, within days of my move in! Throughout the time we worked together, it was abundantly clear, that Tony was always available to serve me and help me make the best choice for my needs. It has been an absolute privilege to work with Tony and I hope that you will have the joy and honor of letting him represent you too.

John & Erica with Southern Bell Living team helped us with multiple transactions in the past & most recently helped us sell our home on James Island and find the perfect upgrade on James Island with a huge yard for the kids. They were so efficient, neighbors never knew I was selling, leaving other agents selling properties across the street and in the neighborhood thinking, “What just happened?!” They’re just that good, frankly. Worth the value to reach out to them first. Save yourself the headache of a “meh,” half invested agent with no hustle. He negotiated great deals on both sides and made the whole buying and selling process smooth. They’re also rad.

Tony was incredible throughout our entire home buying process. He was incredibly patient with us, helped us navigate our difficult timeline, and gave us amazing advice that eventually led us to get our dream home! Tony has great connections, insights, and expertise in the Charleston area, not to mention he’s a great guy to talk to and is fun to be around. He’s always willing to hop on the phone at any time of the day and works hard for his clients. I couldn’t reccomend Tony more.

Words cannot express how thankful my wife and I are to have been able to work with John Bell and the Southern Bell Living team. We recently closed on a property in Charleston, SC that required negotiations with multiple parties and took months and months to complete. John was with us every step of the way. His commitment, dedication and depth of knowledge were so far beyond our expectations. Realtors are so hard to compare, and John stands out from the rest by a wide margin. John Bell and Erica Zepp are exactly what anyone should be looking for in a realtor! They handled both the sale of my existing home and simultaneous purchase of my new construction home and turned what seemed like a complex/stressful situation into a simple and smooth deal. They referred us to their lender (Ethan Lane) who was also great to work with and ultimately created a team that could get even the most complex real estate transactions closed on time and stress free. I wouldn't hesitate to work with John and Erica again as they are both exactly what a professional real estate agent should be and more.
