Mary Beth helped us sell our former home and obtain a lengthy rent back (which is what we needed!). She also helped us purchase our DREAM home during 2021 (the peak of real estate insanity!). In the middle of a tough market, she closed both deals while meeting our needs during the entire process. Buying and selling a home can be stressful. But through it all, she became a true friend which says a lot about how she handles business and people. My husband and I can't recommend her enough. Mary Beth is always accessible and kept us in the loop every step of the way, we had difficult buyers and she negotiated her way through the process and managed the other real estate agents and buyers and kept everything on the timeline needed for everyone. She found us a home in Snee Farm that wasn’t listed for sale and it met all of our needs and was a very smooth process.
