Joel is the best of the best. We interviewed multiple agents to sell our house as we needed to sell quickly. It was clear from the first moment we met Joel that he was the right choice. Joel Fajardo - WOW! The most amazing and incredible experience I had as a first time home buyer with Joel. I did a lot of research on buying a home, but nothing can really prepare you for everything you will need to do. Joel carefully took us through the process 100%, even going above and beyond to make outstanding suggestions along the way. His veteran experience made sure nothing went wrong with the purchase, and he negotiated a really great deal. I thought I was a hard worker but Joel puts me to shame! There is no question that he is now our agent for life and will handle all buying or selling in the future. I can’t recommend him enough, trust me, call Joel.

Joel is extremely knowledgeable, professional and attentive. He has helped me close on two homes within the last ten years and would not go with anyone else. He has been fantastic at getting us exactly what we are looking for in a home, no matter how hard it may seem. I cannot express enough how much he knows the market, paperwork and how attentive he is to his clients. He goes above and beyond the call of duty in this line of work and for his clients.
