Joel and his team did an outstanding job selling my father in law's property! He listed it in a few days, held two open houses and had it sold in a week. Tracy his assistant was very thorough and quick to respond to questions when we listed and also when we had offers. He closed escrow in less than 30 days and they accommodated him being out of state throughout the transaction. We would definitely use Joel and his team again!
