It's a tough real estate market right now. I had my house listed twice previously with no luck. I listed with Joel Carson Real Estate and had an offer within 3 weeks and was closed 4 weeks after that. Joel and his team were terrific to work with. They replied quickly on any questions or issues I had to make sure things kept moving forward. Online pictures looked clean and professional, and the digital staging they added made the listing look even better. They provided some basic shine to help get the house "showing ready." And they aggressively marketed my home online. All-in-all it made for a smooth process to get my home sold. Would definitely recommend.
