We chose Joel based on his statistical success as the top realtor in the area, however as we closed our sale and reflected on our experience with Joel, it was so much more than data. He was always available to help with any questions or concerns we had. He was a strong negotiator and his team provided many extra services not offered by other realtors. We highly recommend Joel if you want your home sold in a timely manner at a fair price. And on a side note…the coolest dressed realtor in town and a pleasure with whom to do business!

We met Joel after having our home sit for almost a year on the market with someone else! Joel listed our home and got our home under contract in 2 days! Joel and his team are amazing! Communication was great and if you want the job done Joel is your guy!

Joel made buying our 1st home a seamless and easy process. He was very attentive and communicated every step of the way. He was always there at all hours of the day to answer any questions we had. Even after closing he has been there to help. I can’t recommend Joel as a realtor enough.

Joe was incredible to work with by far the best Realtor I’ve ever used. He’s very knowledgeable. Also understanding, kind and empathetic. He went out of his way numerous times helping us sell our home and find a new one. I will definitely be using Joel again.
