Derick was very helpful and knowledgeable about the home buying process and loans. While he was on vacation, he was still coordinating for us to see properties with other realtors from his office. He told us that a property we liked was backing out of pending, and we were able to make an offer before it was fully back on market. He was helpful with suggesting offering price and asking for concessions and fixes from the seller.

Derick was fantastic. He came highly recommended from a friend, and he did not disappoint. We had great conversations with him months before we arrived in Utah, he asked us great questions to get to know what we’re looking for, and shared his extensive knowledge and experience in answering the endless questions we had. He got to work right away sharing listings with us. When we arrived we had good ideas where to focus our efforts thanks to him, and he took our family to see several listings the first 2 days of what we thought would be at least one very full week of searching. But thanks to his willingness to book a last minute showing of a new listing at the end of a very full second day, we found our new home quickly. Thanks Derick!
