Tonja is a wonderful agent! When my husband and I were considering building we turned to her with all of her questions. She wasn’t pushy, didn’t seem to begrudge how slowly we moved nor how wish washy we were with what we wanted. Even, in the end, when we decided to shelve the project because we couldn’t find a good fit, she was positive, encouraging and supportive. We loved every minute of our experience with her and can’t recommend her more highly!

Three. I bought AND sold THREE houses with Tonja. After that, every single person in my immediate family bought and sold homes with Tonja. I can not recommend her strongly enough. She is incredibly friendly and works so diligently to make finding the right house so easy. It never felt like work to me. That's as good as you can ask for. Thank you, Tonja and Team!

Tonja is the best! We had such a great experience selling our home with her and her team at Paradise Real Estate. She is knowledgeable, very responsive, generous, sets realistic expectations, and really advocates on behalf of the seller. This was our first time selling a home and while it was a stressful experience, she made the process so much easier. I can't thank Tonja enough and would recommend her to anyone!

Tonja was truly amazing in helping us to both sell our home and purchase a new home. She helped me to know how best to prepare my home to sell and to draw potential buyers attention. She gave me kind and honest feedback in regards to what can make it even more ready for sell. She is very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful in all areas of these processes. I truly cannot recommend her enough, she's phenomenal! She is honestly one of the hardest working and driven people I have ever worked with while also maintaining a very kind and supportive attitude. We love her!

A huge shout out to Tonja and her team. Tonja helped me sell my childhood home after my parents passed away. She brought a lot of calm to the process and was extremely patient with me. I was completely overwhelmed at the time as I had a home to empty, was recovering from two major surgeries, trying to care for my husband who was going through some serious health challenges, while also trying to fulfill my duties as a trustee of the estate. Tonja held an open house and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. She also helped us to get the home staged, which gave the empty house some character. I highly recommend Tonja as a professional in her field. She later helped my mom’s neighbors across the street sell their home and I learned she had sold many homes in the neighborhood.
