So happy my partner and I chose Joe as our agent! After reviewing many homes on Zillow with Joe, bombarding Joe with all our questions, seeing his patience with us, and seeing the confidence he exudes from his extensive experience, he made our house hunting journey easy! Joe’s friendly attitude is an added bonus! He always was willing to offer advice. It’s no wonder relatives of ours chose Joe as their preferred Real Estate agent!

My family and I met Joe Bereczki at an Open House this year. From that moment we had a great connection speaking with him. Joe listened to every single detail we wanted in our future home. He is professional, patient and easy to talk to. He and his team guided us every step of the way during this process. He found us the home we have always wanted. We are very blessed having him as our realtor and now a new friend.

Joe helped us sell our house early this year, and wow! What a great experience! I went back and forth for months last year on whether to sell and he never used any high pressure tactics to get us to go with him, didn't tell us a fairy tale about our home's likely value to get us to go with him--just sought to understand our goals for the sale and offered his realistic appraisal of the best way to make them happen with the current market. When I finally got my act together to list he was on top of everything, keeping the process moving along, and always promptly available for any questions. This guy even got up at God only knows how early to put signs up all over town for our garage sale--which was way more successful than we anticipated. Hopefully we'll get the chance to work together again in the future. Don't go with anyone else. You won't regret it.

We had such a great hike buying experience with Mr. Joe Bereczki. He made the entire process so easy for my wife and I. I met Joe through an open house and then met up with him during a company relocation to view other properties. Joe was attentive and listened to my family needs. We found a property that we were interested in and made an offer with Joe's help. Transaction had some bumps, as they always do, but Joe kept things moving and helped in everyway to make the purchase of a new home come to closure. Thanks Joe, when we decide to make our next move, we will definately reach back out to you. Dave
