Working with the Sweasey team was amazing, the team really made it easy! Jeff Thompson and staff Sharon/Dakota of the Hal Sweasey team made the experience of selling a home in Paso Robles simple a worry free, they significantly exceeded my expectations. Sharon and Dakota were on top of every detail, they handled everything from minor repairs before sale (which were many for the home I sold), scheduling of contractors, junk removal and appraisals... all handled by the team. Hal and Jeff are experts on real estate in the area, very professional, easy to talk to and understand, gave me great advice, talked me through the simple sale process (simple due to working with them!) and my options. I cannot say enough about how easy it was to work with this team and the excellent result they helped me achieve in a home sale that I thought was going to be difficult (the sale of my father's home after he passed away). Jeff was awesome - he helped me figure out what I was actually looking for and then went and found it. He had excellent suggestions and was a major help when figuring out making offers. As a first time homebuyer, his knowledge was invaluable and he helped me understand what was going on and walked me through each step of the process.
