Hal and his team provided over the top service and did fantastic job in helping me to purchase my new home and sell my old home at the same time. It seemed like there was no hurdle to the process that they could not overcome. I have never had a better experience with realtors and I highly recommend Hal and his team. to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in San Luis Obispo county. Hal and his entire team were professional and very communicative throughout the entire process. When other agents go silent after the house is pending, Hal and his team stayed in touch on a daily basis and that was very important to me. I can't recommend Team Sweasey highly enough!

I have to say, the experience we had with Team Sweasey blew away our expectations on every level! From the initial meeting and walk through with Hal at our getaway townhome, until the day we closed escrow, this group handled everything exactly the way they told us they would. Most of the time we live 200 miles from SLO so we were somewhat concerned about not being in town for every step of the process. No worries they said!! And they delivered. Sharon and Dakota were SO responsive on every detail and question we had that we had zero reason to stress about anything. These guys are pros. We may move to SLO at some point and you know we will call Hal to help us find our perfect home. Thanks Team Sweasey!!

Team Sweasy did excellent work. They answered all of my questions, got all needed inspections done in a few days after escrow started, and coordinated termite repairs, roof work, and a cleaning all in the week after closing. My agent Jordan Knauer consistently went the extra mile for me and did a great job negotiating on my behalf. Jordan was on top of every part of the process and made sure things ran smoothly. I highly recommend them.
