This was our second time working with Ashlea and she once again went above and beyond. The home buying/selling process can be so overwhelming but she made sure everything went smoothly! This was our second time working with JoAnn (first time was our primary residence) for our first investment property in Emlenton, PA. JoAnn is detail oriented, great communicator and becomes a friend in the process! JoAnn treated our money like her own and had our best interest in mind throughout the process. Our transaction occurred over the holidays and we had challenges with the appraisal getting schedules and JoAnn's proactiveness and persistence ensured we closed on time. Can't wait for investment property #2 in the future!
