What stood out most was how patient and caring she was through every step. She never rushed us, always explained things clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were confident in our decisions, even when we needed to back out of a home that we realized was not the right fit initially. I would highly recommend JoAnn Echtler as a real estate agent. Her market knowledge was right on point. I sold my house for more than I expected, showed for only 3 days, had 22 showings & got 7 offers! Joann along with her team, were patient with my lack of real estate knowledge & my many, many questions. Their positive attitude & communication made the process easier for me, so I could concentrate on preparing for my move. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

We worked with JoAnn to purchase our home, and cannot recommend her enough. She was professional, warm, communicative, and attuned to our needs and concerns. Purchasing a home is stressful, but we always felt that we were in good hands with JoAnn and her team guiding us through the process. If we were to sell/buy another home in the area, we would only call JoAnn.
