I would highly recommend JoAnn Echtler as a real estate agent. Her market knowledge was right on point. I sold my house for more than I expected, showed for only 3 days, had 22 showings & got 7 offers! Joann along with her team, were patient with my lack of real estate knowledge & my many, many questions. Their positive attitude & communication made the process easier for me, so I could concentrate on preparing for my move. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

We worked with JoAnn to purchase our home, and cannot recommend her enough. She was professional, warm, communicative, and attuned to our needs and concerns. Purchasing a home is stressful, but we always felt that we were in good hands with JoAnn and her team guiding us through the process. If we were to sell/buy another home in the area, we would only call JoAnn.
