Shane was just outstanding in every way! He was knowledgeable, experienced and just so easy to work with! He also was continually in touch with us and we were ensured that we weren’t forgotten during our home search! Initially we expected to take up to a year to find the home we wanted. When our home in the central southern part of the State sold quicker than expected, Shane worked within the parameters we set and went above and beyond to show us those homes we selected. Shane’s skill set enabled him to negotiate the best price for us, along with other additions from the sellers in the home buying process. He worked thoroughly with us from the sign on until closing very efficiently. Shane’s negotiating skills, in our opinion, were superb! We couldn’t be more satisfied with the home we purchased and definitely give Shane all the credit for this! We would absolutely highly recommend Shane Eagal to anyone buying or selling a home or both! Thank you Shane!

I am a first-time homebuyer, and I was incredibly anxious going into the buying process as a newcomer. Shane absolutely eased every single anxiety. From the initial home tour to the process of submitting an offer, Shane clearly and patiently explained each and every step. He was willing to stay up late (later than I would expect) to ensure that I could put my offer in right away, and he was always avaialble via email, phone, and text. Throughout it all, his demeanor was calm and kind, he listened attentively to all of my needs and concerns, and he always provided helpful feedback and/or solutions. I am now living in my dream home and in my dream neighborhood thanks to Shane, and I absolutely plan to recommend him and his services to every home buyer and seller that I meet. I am frankly sad that closing has already come and gone, because throughout the process Shane really began to feel like a reliable and informed friend. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have worked with him.

Shane is an exceptional agent! From the initial contact call I felt comfortable to work with him. Being 6 hours from the home I eventually purchased, his understanding of the logistics involved was amazing. He answered every question, followed the parameters I made and went above and beyond in explaining details with his years of experience. He remained in touch with me no matter where or what time of day. His knowledge, attention to details, and friendly demeanor is outstanding! I highly recommend Shane for any home sale or even his advice. I believe I had the best agent to handle this long distance move and I found a new friend as well!
