Jim's expertise resulted in my home sale going very quickly and smoothly, with Jim interfacing with multiple agents and potential buyers immediately and effectively. Jean (Jay) Fleurantin with Keating Group of Keller Williams Realty Centre, impressed my wife and I from the very beginning not only as a real estate agent but as a respectful, caring and genuine person who cared more about us than the deal. He was always available to answer our questions and guide us to the best solutions. Even though we encountered some difficult situations, like having to have the septic system replaced, Jay’s insightful guidance steered us in the right direction. Great professionalism and masters of marketing! Jay and the Keating Group not only had our home listed on the MLS but the lead up included coming soon postings on multiple social media sites that created a big buzz for the open house and three days later we accepted an offer over asking price!

Jim far exceeded our expectations of selling our house. Everything was top notch from the listing to the photography, virtual tour and even the yard sign. Early on he gave us in-depth tips and instructions to get our house ready for the market. He answered all question and never seemed bothered to do so. Once the house was ready for market he set up an open house and we had 2 offers within the first hour! We couldn't have been happier with the outcome and the way it was all handle. First, this review is very late. This is not due to Jim, but to our busy world. Jim is an absolute superstar! He went above and beyond for my wife and I during both our home purchase and the subsequent sale when my job moved us. He was always there, super helpful, never pushy, and I could tell he was rooting for us and had our best interests at heart. All his recommendations were top-notch, and it’s clear he’s not just knowledgeable but also passionate about helping his clients.
