Jim is by far the most trustworthy and hardworking realtor I’ve ever dealt with. After multiple home purchases in the past, I’ve now worked with him for the last 2 and he gives 110% for everything he does. There’s many realtors to choose from but I promise you from a stickler like myself, this is the group to go with. Jim Keating has the right balance between listening to you as seller but ultimately taking charge of the home selling process overseeing its numerous details. Jim's expertise resulted in my home sale going very quickly and smoothly, with Jim interfacing with multiple agents and potential buyers immediately and effectively. Great professionalism and masters of marketing! Jay and the Keating Group not only had our home listed on the MLS but the lead up included coming soon postings on multiple social media sites that created a big buzz for the open house and three days later we accepted an offer over asking price!

Jim far exceeded our expectations of selling our house. Everything was top notch from the listing to the photography, virtual tour and even the yard sign. Early on he gave us in-depth tips and instructions to get our house ready for the market. He answered all question and never seemed bothered to do so. Once the house was ready for market he set up an open house and we had 2 offers within the first hour! We couldn't have been happier with the outcome and the way it was all handle.
