Jim is by far the most trustworthy and hardworking realtor I’ve ever dealt with. After multiple home purchases in the past, I’ve now worked with him for the last 2 and he gives 110% for everything he does. There’s many realtors to choose from but I promise you from a stickler like myself, this is the group to go with. Jim Keating has the right balance between listening to you as seller but ultimately taking charge of the home selling process overseeing its numerous details. Jean (Jay) Fleurantin with Keating Group of Keller Williams Realty Centre, impressed my wife and I from the very beginning not only as a real estate agent but as a respectful, caring and genuine person who cared more about us than the deal. Great professionalism and masters of marketing! Jay and the Keating Group not only had our home listed on the MLS but the lead up included coming soon postings on multiple social media sites that created a big buzz for the open house and three days later we accepted an offer over asking price!
