If we'd known how easy Darren could make it to prepare and sell a property from out of state, we'd have sold a long time ago. My selling and buying experience with Darren was nothing short of perfect. As promised, he guided me through a process I feared would be tedious and frustrating. Darren is responsive in all aspects, and he helped allay any fears and anxieties as they occurred. I did not think in early January that I could sell my house for a really good price, then buy a nice house in Frederick city without a several-month lapse between settlements. I settled on both houses in the same afternoon. So, it took Darren about two months to sell my house at a better price than originally anticipated, then turn around and outbid other offers on a great house in a nice neighborhood in Frederick city without having to overpay. I walked away with much more cash than I thought possible. In conclusion, and without sounding hyperbolic, Darren's hard work and expertise changed my life in a short amount of time. Darren was willing to work on weekends and after hours to make sure we got everything we wanted. He was knowledgeable in the pricing, repairs, and dangers of purchasing a house. He regularly pointed out the good and bad of a house long before an expert said the same. He made sure we got a fair price and helped us avoid surprises.

Darren did an exceptional job of selling my home. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was patient, kind and to all my questions in a timely manner while guiding me through each step of the selling process. I only wish I had Darren as a real estate agent when I purchased this house. I'll defintely be hiring Darren to find me my next home purchase.
