Lisa is a pro! Working with her was a seamless, and effortless experience to sell my house. She was very knowledgeable of the whole process and guided us along the way to the best offer on our home sale. We recently both sold our home and purchased a new home with Lisa Giuliani. I have to highly commend her for being the most trustworthy and experienced realtor for our sale and purchase that we could have asked for. Taking so much care and attention every step of the way, we felt in great hands. No question was too small or crazy and that means everything during a process that always take twists and turns. Negotiation is an art, one that often buyers forget is not just the numbers and Lisa has fine tuned her skills to perfection with total integrity. We were able to 100% trust every piece of advice that she gave. Lisa’s priority is her client at all times.

When it came time to sell our home, we interviewed three great agents. However, Lisa stood out as the one who could best handle and support our family through the process. During the process, she was warm and supportive when needed... and she gave us or others a swift kick to the rear when needed. Her contacts with the handyman company and painter were invaluable as we spruced up the place to get it ready for the market. She also helped us stage the home. We had an open house on Sunday and had two offers the next day. We got everything we were seeking (e.g., rent back until the school year ended) and more than what we were asking for in terms of price. She even helped us with some paperwork related to the purchase of our new home in another state... because she is very supportive. In short, she was great. I highly recommend her.

Lisa helped us from the very beginning through to the very end. This included stopping by months in advance to help us figure out what changes needed to be made to our home in order to sell it. We were impressed that she didn't suggest upgrading absolutely everything; instead she offered her advice on what mattered the most. She also discussed what our goal was in terms of maximizing profit versus selling as quickly as possible. She took the time to understand our situation and we felt her personalized guidance through the entire process. She is not pushy or difficult, she is very responsive and she answered all of our questions promptly. Our house went under contract in under a week. Such a relief! We highly recommend her!
