I cannot recommend Craig Marsh enough. Not only did he go out of his way to help me to find a house, but also on my settlemt.. Buying a home was big deal for me and I was very worried about the process, but Craig walked me through each step amazingly and I felt he was really active in helping me finding the best lender.

Ryan was and is an excellent agent. He was knowledgeable, kind, and pleasant. He was very easy to work alongside. He understood my naads and wants in a home. I would strongly recommend him to my family, friends, and cohorts. Thanks for your help Ryan.

I had been looking to buy for almost 2yrs i had multiple realtors and I felt like they were more interested in the sale then what I was looking for . A family member gave me Ryan's phone number and told me he could help me so I reached to Ryan and we agreed on a day and time to meet . When I met with Ryan he listened to me understood what I was looking for and I really appreciated that. Then I got the pleasure of meeting craig and I had this poor man all over pa and wv looking at houses and my available was mostly evening hours and he was always available for us. Then I got to meet Samantha and her and I saw alot of houses together and what I loved about her was she would send me houses and say we should go check this out and I loved the fact I didn't have to wait days to see a house because they knew houses sold quick so we had to be quick ive never worked with a team so on top of the game within a couple months I found a house that had everything I was looking for . I told Samantha this is it and right there she called craig and we put in our offer . Craig would tell me I don't care if we have to see a 1000 houses we'll find yours and I loved how dedicated the team was in helping find my home they communicated with me and eachother and if I wouldn't of found this awesome team I'd probally still be looking. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication in helping me find my forever home .

Ryan gave us outstanding service He's the guy you want on your team helping you every step of the way never had a problem always was willing to solve the problem. I was very blessed to have worked with Ryan. Ryan also was able to reach out for help if he ever needed it he had a great team behind them also thanks again Ryan

Ryan was incredibly responsive from the moment we reached out. He replied to our initial inquiry within 15 minutes and got us in to see the house that very same day—which was amazing. Knowing we were also interested in the two neighboring homes, he proactively arranged for us to tour those as well. Throughout the process, Ryan was helpful, patient, and genuinely friendly. If you're looking for a realtor who goes the extra mile, you definitely want Ryan on your side.
