Jessica was consistently communicative and informative, always ready to answer my questions about the process. Her availability was impressive; she was either reachable most of the time when I called or swift to return a message or call if she was unavailable. This responsiveness made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the sale of the house. Her ability to sell the house quickly and efficiently in this market was nothing short of amazing. Jessica walked us through buying our first home. She could break down the pros and cons of the homes we liked so we could make a great decision. She took time to negotiate a deal for our dream home so that we were / are very happy with the price. She never rushed us and really listened to what we wanted. She made sure we knew what steps to take and what to expect next in the process. I think of her more as a home advisor than a sales person. She made the process as easy as someone could with the process of buying a home. Her knowledge and experience of the area is top of the line. I would not only recommend her, I would tell friends and family only use her as their realtor.

I’m not sure where to start this review, because I truly can’t say enough great things about Jessica! She is incredibly knowledgeable, an expert communicator, and reads the market better than anyone I know. Our home buying and selling journey wasn’t always smooth, but we trusted Jessica every step of the way and, after much back and forth and negotiation, she was able to get us a fair price for our previous home and get us into our dream. I would recommend Jessica to anyone and everyone! You can’t go wrong hiring her.
