I can't say enough about Jessica. We met her through a recommendation from a friend as we were looking for a realtor with intimate knowledge of Castle Rock. Jess started our relationship by listening to us in detail about what we were looking for and helping us identify areas that would work for our criteria. We decided to put a contract on a house with her and the house did not appraise (not even close). The way she negotiated and kept our best interest as buyers at the forefront of everything she did impressed me even more. We walked away from that house and it was the best decision we could have made. We found our dream house a week later and again Jess did everything she could to make the process easy and comfortable for us. She's the best and even though I know she does a ton of business we always felt like we were her only client the way she communicated with us and treated us. Jessica goes above and beyond in everything she does and I would recommend her to anyone who wants to have a great buying or selling experience and be confident in getting the best for your situation whatever it may be.

Jessica is the best, along with her team and photographer. You will get the best response time, help, staging photos and videos, and more. She is so knowledgeable about the market and makes the process easy. She goes above and beyond to market your home and help with all of your needs. I wouldn’t chose anyone else in castle rock or Denver metro!! We chose to not sell in the end to no fault of hers.

Jess is hands down the best realtor you could ever work with. She sold my condo and helped me find and buy my dream home. Jess made sure I was informed of everything, answered all of my many questions and advocated on my behalf. She made sure I was protected when I was selling and buying and made this process stress free because of my confidence in her. I truly felt like I was her only client (although she had many more). Her advice throughout this process was invaluable and she does not miss a single detail. Jess is also an amazing human and treated my daughter and I like family.
