Jessica is absolutely wonderful to work with... she is professional, personable, maintains her composure well even when we were having a hard time maintaining ours. She extended us grace and compassion when it mattered most and for these reasons and so much more we can't express how thankful we are for having chosen her to handle our sale. Moving to NV was our dream but could only do this selling our home in Castle Rock... she made this dream come true. Having the hard conversations including a drastic price reduction was awakening and stressful but it all worked out in the end... Thank you Jessica for the countless ways you showed us your humanity and commitment to getting our home sold... and we got really lucky- the buyers are a young beautiful family who will now make memories of their own in this beautiful neighborhood.

Jessica was recommended to me from a good friend and I am incredibly grateful for her. She was extremely knowledgeable and insightful. An amazing realtor! She did a great job for me. You would be lucky to work with her. Very professional, experienced, knows her market. Her team is ready and willing to help you meet all your needs. Best photographer ever, his photos were top quality and turnaround time was better than expected.

I can't say enough about Jessica. We met her through a recommendation from a friend as we were looking for a realtor with intimate knowledge of Castle Rock. Jess started our relationship by listening to us in detail about what we were looking for and helping us identify areas that would work for our criteria. We decided to put a contract on a house with her and the house did not appraise (not even close). The way she negotiated and kept our best interest as buyers at the forefront of everything she did impressed me even more. We walked away from that house and it was the best decision we could have made. We found our dream house a week later and again Jess did everything she could to make the process easy and comfortable for us. She's the best and even though I know she does a ton of business we always felt like we were her only client the way she communicated with us and treated us. Jessica goes above and beyond in everything she does and I would recommend her to anyone who wants to have a great buying or selling experience and be confident in getting the best for your situation whatever it may be.

Jessica is the best, along with her team and photographer. You will get the best response time, help, staging photos and videos, and more. She is so knowledgeable about the market and makes the process easy. She goes above and beyond to market your home and help with all of your needs. I wouldn’t chose anyone else in castle rock or Denver metro!! We chose to not sell in the end to no fault of hers.
