And in 2011, he received the distinction of Douglas County Living’s Reader’s Choice Castle Rock Realtor of the Year. In addition, he has been extremely involved in the Castle Rock community, receiving the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce’s nominee for Citizen of the year in 2010 and receiving the Ping Lee Jung Volunteer of the Year award in 2009.

We had an amazing experience working with Steve Thayer. After a frustrating situation with a previous realtor, we were nervous about starting the process again, but Steve immediately put us at ease. He was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely familiar with the Castle Rock market. Steve always answered the phone when we called, kept us informed every step of the way, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you want to sell a house in Castle Rock, he’s the best. Exemplary professional skills. Steve and his associate Julie helped make this transition as smooth as possible. Only one glitch right at closing, but had nothing to do with the Thayer Group. We love our house and the neighborhood as highly recommended by Steve. The Thayer Group answered all question expeditiously and helped us get this beautiful home.

Steve was fabulous to work with during the sale of my home. I am out of state and had to rely on Steve to do much more than he would normally do for a local client and he didn't let me down. I cannot recommend him more highly!

Working with Steve was easy. He was responsive to our questions and concerns. This was a new home through Lokal Homes. He still follows up with after the sale. And he was the seller's agent! Great experience.
